The circular in the attachment is related to the restrictions of the crew and passengers.
 It should be mentioned that there is not much strictness in government and diplomatic flights.
 
Meanwhile, we are waiting for the OK from our commercial department for takeing action for the mentioned flights, including hotel reservations, fuel coordination, etc.
