Good morning, 

In order to receive a landing permit, if it is a diplomatic or 
government flight, the operator must act through the diplomatic panel.
If it is private, return the attached form to us after completion so 
that it can be processed through us.
in addition crew and passengers must have received visa before operation 
and entrance with GD is impossible.
it's necessary to know, method of payment for performing any services is 
to pay in advance in cash to our representative in Dubai.
