You can find new conditions as following: If your payment to IR CAA is up to 200,000.00 USD, our disbursement fee would be 3% and we accept to pay all exchange rate, but More than 200,000.00 USD, our disbursement fee would be 2.8% plus payment of exchange rate. Regarding VAT it's applicable only on our arrangement.
