in reference to payment - we have NO possibility to arrange payment in Dubai,
is it possible to send us a pro-forma invoice for prepayment via bank transfer? We may arrange money transfer via Melli Bank in Russia.

Additional question - for Diplomatic clearance the foll info required:
- Ground handling agent name and contacts (address, e-mail address, contact tel) 
- supervisor' name and contact (mob ph)
