1) CHTRS REQUIRE TO = CHANGE THE NAME OF LOAD PORT AS IRAQ OR INDIA OR SOHAR OR ANY MALAYSIAN PORT = OR OTHER PORT, AND CHTRS WILL OBTAIN THE PARTICULAR PC FOR THE SAME. THUS, TH= E VSL HAS TO DECLARE THE LAST PORT AS PER PC AT DISCHARGE PORT.

2) CARGO WILL BE DIS= CHARGED BASED ON LOI. LOI WORDING WILL BE BASED ON

OWNER=E2=80=99S PNI = CLUB WORDING, WHICH WILL BE PRINTED ON CHTR=E2=80=99S LETTER HEAD AND SIGNED = BY CHTRS.

3) IN ORDER FOR B/L = SWITCHING, CHTRS CAN INSTRUCT THE VSL TO WAIT AT A SUITABLE ANCHORAGE EN-ROUT= E DISCHARGE PORT IN CHOPT WITHOUT DEVIATION. ANY SUCH WAITING TIME SHALL COUN= T AS HIRE TIME AND ANY PORT COSTS, IF INCURRED, SHALL BE ON CHTR=E2=80=99S AC= COUNT, IF NEEDED OR REQUESTED BY THE CHARTERER.

4) MASTER T= O FOLLOW CHTRS INSTRUCTIONS ON DOCUMENTATION. TO SIGN NON- NEGOTIABLE B/L IN = CASE REQUESTED FOR CLEARANCE AT DISPORT. SHOWING IRAQI OR INDIAN OR SOHAR OR = ANY MALAYSIAN PORT AS LOAD PORT, OTHER THAN ACTUAL DOCS SIGNED. DOCUMENTS AT = LOAD PORT AND WILL BE SIGNED AND ISSUED BY MASTER WITHOUT MAKING NULL AND VOI= D OF ACTUAL FIRST SET OF BILL OF LADING.

5) ALL PORT CLEARANC= E AND COST FOR B/L SWITCHING TO BE ON CHTR=E2=80=99S ACCOUNT AND DIRECT SETTL= EMENT.

VESSEL TO= BE DELIVERED WITH ABT XXX MTONS VLSFO AND ABT XX MTS MGO ON BOARD. OWNER=E2= =80=99S ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE FOR SUCH BUNKERS IS US$ ---- PMT OF VLSFO AND U= S$ ---- PMT OF MDO, WHICH TO BE SUPPORTED BY RELEVANT SUPPLIERS=E2=80=99 INVO= ICES.  =

VESSEL TO B= E RE-DELIVERED WITH ABOUT THE SAME QUANTITIES OF BUNKERS AS ON DELIVERY&= nbsp;WITH ALWAYS SUFFICIENT BUNKER TO SAFELY REACH THE NEAREST BUNKER POSSIBI= LITY. REST AS PER BUNKER SETTLEMENT CLAUSE IN ADDITTIONAL TERMS.(THE BALANCE = OF AVAILABLE BUNKER ROB ONBOARD AT THE TIME OF REDELIVERY WILL BE CALCULATED = AND ANY EXCESS WILL BE SETTLED AGAINST FINAL INVOICE
