Dear Sirs,
Giod Day! We checked that IVY is in EOPL now(attachment fyi),only one hour awsy from DV. 

The most convenient way is to let two ships get alongside in EOPL now and start STS immediately.

Pls urgently arrange accordingly from your good end, it would be highly appreciated
