Dear Dennis,
I heard that.you are applying sts license for IVY and FT island. Based on my experience, only the registered sts provider has the right to apply for the license.

Actually, the DV,FT island has its own team who can professionally handle STS by themselves. Therefore, it would be much easier if you just send MV to the location of FT island at EOPL. 

We all know that no license needed for sts in eopl, and FT island team do it for free.

Therefore,pls kindly send us the docs of MV for STS, and send MV to EOPL so we can connect two ship quickly.
