Thanks for your update, but the DV owner still need to check if MV is in good condition for STS,therefore request below docs. Could you pls forward these to MV shipowner and request them send below docs directly to DV? Hope we can have two shipowner communicate directly to save time and accelerate the operation. 1.           Details of the Pilot/ Mooring Master/ STS coordinator/ POAC who shall be performing STS operation and full certification (CV)
2.            Number and power of tugs to be used
3.           Mooring fender pressure test certificate
4.           Brand, type, number & size of fenders to be used and certs
5.           Brand, type, number & size of hoses to be used and certs
6.           Detailed Mooring Arrangement btwn the two (2) Vessels
7.           Risk Assessment
10.         JPO (Joint Plan of Operations, the Assessment of the provided Joint Plan of operation submitted from the Service Provider on the basis of OCIMF and STS Plan requirements)
11.           STS permit certificate
12.          STS emergency contacts
