Desr Sirs,
Given the fact that current situation of  EOPL operation is facing big risk of being caught by Malaysia and Singapore, the DV strongly requested to do STS at port.

I agree with that for the mutual interests of all parties.

Dennis,
Could you kindly arrange a safe port urgently? We are familiar with a port which can be used immediately.

Pls kindly revert at your earliest convenience,let's move forward quickly.
