We have already arranged sts team, equipments last 48hrs. All this are cost. 

To mobilise the vessel to port will be cost as the voyage to linggi wil take about 24hrs. 

We decline and all cost to be for your team. As we have made all arrangements. 

Please take note we have done over 100sts in east opl. We have our own permission safety.
