Ref. to our earlier correspondence please note that as per article no.13 in the contract the quantity for invoicing will be the quantity received at FOB port.

Furthermore, as the transportation was an additional option to the contract therefore all lost and cost involved from FOB port to Malaysia will be on buyer’s account.

The price calculation will be the average in September 2023, as the cargo was ready for delivery but due to payment issue from your good end it has been postponed to October 2023

Considering above below will be invoicing details for your kind information and perusal:

Quantity received at FOB port: 1,006,281BBLS (Quantity Certificate attached)

Cargo average price for month of September 2023: 88.7USD/BBLS

Transportation cost from FOB port to Malaysia

The cost from delay from the day of vessel arrival till cargo delivery to your good vessel

Further to above please revert with cargo discharge document at India in order to avoid 10USD/BBLS penalty as per contract.
