We would like to thank you for all has been done so far and your patience.

With respect the following are some issues to be negotiated based on which the project could be ended well.

    Delivery of the Goods:
        As the recorder videos of primary tests captured in CAMA Company were considered accepted by the end user, we would like to announce our preparation in order to receive the goods.
        Due to the consequences of the pandemic your help in order to the shipment procedures is highly requested.
    New Products:
        The list of the new products needed is attached. We would like to know if they can be sent by the Dynamometer.
        As the process of the test with the presence of the Iranian experts in China was canceled and the price regarding to the accommodation was not spent so you are requested to reduce the price on the new products.
    Rest of the payment:
        As you know previously, due to the wrong account number sent through the hacked email of yours the amount of 70.000$ was transferred to a wrong account number; the mentioned amount of money is asked to be tracked but no clear resolution is seen yet.

Therefore we strongly believe this loss of money must be shared into half as your mail was hacked and we did not find the chance to understand the issue until after everything was over.

Please let us know your decision so that we can negotiate and speed up the process.
