1. Of the changed terms, only the following are acceptable:

- “ABOVE” would be became “BELOW”.

- “CLAUSE 16.11” would be changed to “CLAUSE 15.10”.

2. Other items, including changes in clauses “DESTINATION”, “DELIVERY TYPE AND DELIVERY POINT”, “PAYMENT TERMS”, etc. and added clauses are not acceptable.
