- The ROB bunker quantities are based on the = survey which was done at 1830 hrs LT on 22.05.2023 and based on reverse = calculation, and all the pages of the report are signed/stamped by the = Chief Engineer.

 

- The off-hire periods are as = follows:

 

July 2022: The vessel called Port Khalid, as per the = Owners' request, for inspection.

The bunker consumptions have been calculated = based on the off-hire/on-hire statements from the = Master.

 

September 2022: The vessel called KFK, as per the Owners' = request, for inspection.

After the completion of the inspection, the = vessel waited for bunkering, and the waiting times due to the delay in = bunkering have been deducted from the off-hire = period.

Since the off-hire/on-hire statements were = not provided by the Master, the bunker consumptions have been calculated = based on the Noon Reports.

 

March 2023: At the time of the vessel=E2=80=99s = departure from Fujairah, port propeller entangled with some ropes, and = the vessel was waiting for divers to clear the ropes. The off-hire time = has been calculated from the time of the completion of the bunkering = until the vessel's sail out time towards bandar = Abbas.

Since the off-hire/on-hire statements were = not provided by the Master, the bunker consumptions have been calculated = based on the Noon Reports.

 

(The amount related to the off-hire period = from 25.12.2022 =E2=80=93 1348 to 01.01.2023 =E2=80=93 0600 had already = been deducted from 9th hire invoice as = attached)

 

- The hire period for the 13th month has = been calculated from 1600 hrs LT on 04 May 2023 (the vessel's delivery = was at 1600 hrs on 04 May 2022) to 1412 hrs LT on 16 May = 2023 (re-delivery at Bandar Abbas OPL).
