Good day.

Further to our=C2=A0 below, the following process will be observed for=20
preparing the vessel for next cargo:

- Upon completion of presently underway de-mucking, the vessel is to be=20
inerted and upon completion of inerting,

- tanks are to be washed by MGO (300MT under supply intentionally) that=20
will be supplied around 10:00hrs 25 Aug. Upon completion of washing of=20
tanks by MGO, (the MGO is to be transferred) and=C2=A0 FW is to be=20
transferred into the other Slop Tank and FW wash is to be carried out=20
for all the tanks.

-Upon completion of FW wash, the vessel is to be gas freed and the=20
cleaning gang is to make re-entry for final mopping.

It is intended that used MGO is transferred to ER tanks for use and TSI=20
will revert with instructions on that. Based on telecon any restrictions=20
to this transfer are to be communicated to the TSI as well as any=20
requirements of reducers hoses etc communicated.

The FW slops generated will be discharged to the Slop Barge before=20
departure.

Receipt, understanding and compliance is to be confirmed.

Please ensure that the vessel coordinates in a timely manner to ensure=20
that the activities are dovetailed.
