Pump columns, = pipelines and drops should be cleared and drained free of all free =E2=80=93 = standing product and water. An ROB volume in excess of 0.05% of the Individua= l Tank capacity does not meet the well-drained criteria. BP Guide: NO WASHING REQUIRED - STRIP AND DRAIN WELL Tanks to be stripped dry such that any liquid ROB is confined to the pump wel= l or better Pump columns, deck lines, drops etc., are to be blown clear and drained free = of all product and water My opinion that during discharging is necessarily made good COW for all COT, = well stripping and drained.
