Pls be informed vessel is made fast to SBM no 3 Asalouyeh (Tonbak) loading 1,=
100,000 BBLS of SPC.
ETC will be on 28.07.2023/1700 LT.
 
It would be highly appreciated to furnish the vessel with B/L instruction i.e=
. (No of original and copy, destination, to the order of, freight etc) before=
 completion of cargo operation.
 
Meantime kindly note on board loading master is asking master to accept EDP.
Pls kindly clarify if I have to accept EDP or else it will be automatically c=
onsidered as =E2=80=9CNo EDP=E2=80=9D.
