It is understood and agreed that vessel’s crew will be required to assist in handling fenders, hoses as well as mooring and unmooring as designated by the mooring master. Charterer to provide all fenders, hoses and equipment necessary to perform the lightening operations and charterer shall be responsible for damage to the vessel resulting from the lightening operation. 3. Charterer to indemnify the owner of the vessel hereinafter referred to as the lighterage ship against all clams whatsoever and howsoever arising by the reasons of any incident occurring or any act, error or omission committed form the time of arrival of the lighterage ship in the vicinity of the mother/daughter tanker until departure from the vicinity of the mother/daughter tanker after the cargo is transferred. It is further understood that such incident arising even due to the negligence of the owners of the lighterage ship or their servants or by officers of member of the crew of the lighterage ship and also including claims arising out of or in connection with oil pollution together with all such claims and cost of losses or damages suffered by the owner of the lighterage ship against all claims arising out of the loss or damage to cargo transferred. chrtrs are fully responsible for doing this and compensate owners claims regarding any damage arising in this respect . As the dry docking of vessel (based on submitted Q88) has been set for end of this year, it means before vessel start operation, she has to go for required repairs, considering above, the owner shall extend dry docking time to the end of period of this C/P. As I explained earliear owners can get extention for three months to end this chrtr period till 27/03/2023.
