    Kindly be informed our technical team inspect the system ,required job detail and necessary items for  A/C system fully service  will be as bellow:
    1.condeser is chock and to be washed with asid
    2.evapratore and condenser  all tubes to be service,washed with R11 and N2 
    3.expantion valves and core dryers to be renewed 
    4.compressor  has been broken because   capacity of electromotor and compressor not mach together thus for avoiding of this problem new  cylender head with unloader to be install on system
    5.presser test to be carried out and all leakages to be rectified
    6.all system to vacuumed and again charged with gas and made the system fully operational

    Required material:
    1.N2.      4 bottles
    2.R22.     3bottels
    3.R11.      1bottel
    4.compressor cylinder head with unloader
    5.oil 4GS.      4 drum
    6. Core dryer  2number
    7.wrlding electrodes 13
    8.gage and high press side  sample valve 

    Price of all above jobs and materials will be 1,900,000,000IRR

    *-defected compressor to be shift to work shop and after overhull and determind of defected parts price will be announced.

        As discussed via phone call, we are managing MT Chem which near in your premises as of the moment.

         

        And we are requesting a help to get quotes for our captioned vessel having the AC Faulty due to the system require to be  flushed and new compressor with system to make it operational.

         

        Additional to this, needs to bring the N2 for -Flushing , Recovery plant , Recovery bottle upon attendance.

         

        We also require supply cost for compressor same model as attached.
