With reference to discharge port agent about maximum discharge rate, please instruct master to confirm to the terminal that vessel's maximum discharge rate will be 1,360cbm so that vessel can be berthed ASAP.
In case of vessel's slow discharge rate, no-compliacne charge will be on our account.
