 Arrival pilot has been confirmed on 14/03/2023 at 2355hrs LT at Boarding Ground (PJSB) – PILOT JOHOR STRAIT BOARDING GROUND

BOARDING GROUND PRE-ARRIVAL NOTIFICATION ("BGPAN") REPORTING

 

Master of Vessel shall email the BGPAN to singaporepilot@onehandshake.com

(ATTACHED REPORTING FORMAT)

 

When sending BG-PAN, always copy to agency@pacmar.com.sg

 

In the event there are changes in the pilot boarding date & time, you will receive an email from

singaporepilot@onehandshake.com

 

At 2 hours before arrival at Singapore Pilot Station

Master of Vessel will receive a confirmation message from Singapore Pilot Office.

 

Actions:

For any amendment, please contact Singapore Pilot on VHF CH-20.

 

04/02 hours prior to arrival, please contact VTIS East via VHF CH-10 or VTIS West via VHF CH-73 to update vessel's eta.

Contact pilot office via VHF CH-20 for pilot attendance.

Report to port control VHF CH-12 when vessel arrives or leaves anchorage. 

Please note that Pilot ladder should be made available for Pilot safe boarding on the leeward

side 1m above water level. Combination ladder to be provided when the vessel’s freeboard is

9m above water level.

 

The Pilot boarding speed should be less than 4 knots. Vessel is to proceed to the Pilot

boarding ground at designated boarding time.
