Subject: RE: CHEM TIME CHARTER DATED 29.04.2022 // DISCHARGING AT FOTT From: saharathunder Date: 15/03/2023, 10:37 To: CC: , , Dear Sir, Ref. to your below message and our earlier telecon. please note that despite of point mentioned about the TCP, please note the agreement for such operation and involved risk is between the vessel and Aftab company. If everyone is confident over the suggested scenario and believe by having 3 B/Ls the problem and risk for the vessel in FOTT will be sorted out, we as charterer does not have any comment but in any case if the owner is believe it may lead the vessel to heavy risk, black listing in region or even detention it will not be taken by charterer and shall be compensated by owner and Aftab. Considering above, please review and revert with your comment. Please be noted that the owners advised that ideally, if the Charterers can break the cargo into three parcels and with different bills of lading, then the owners can make an attempt to get the maximum berthing time.
