Regarding flag I will revert to you shortly but regarding SPV, we prefer to takeover from your authority in Panama if the possibility is there.
For your kind information our lawyer got the LOA from Altima (The share holder of Sea Regina) and waiting for Mr. Hosseini Javad to decide for vessel's ownership.
In case if you have any special concern then we can ask him to revert with his final decision on urgent basis.
