Dear sir

We can not load a product like Naphta into cargo tanks which previously has been loaded /discharged with a not clean-condensate cargo.
Reference BP tank cleaning guide.

 Meanwhile as  per iopp certifcate and class notation dune is a crude oil carrier and not a product carrier therfore 
We do not  confirm  Naphta is loaded, remained segregated and even not damaged.
