Please calculate yours and re ert if I am wrong. Pls see attached stowage plans no 1 and no 2. 2- Tank preparation takes 12 to 16 hrs time, If all goes well. Expect to consume 30 mt of fuel in day of transfer. 3- Loading 1 million bbls is expected to consume 40 mt excluding delays and waiting times. 4- During each day in anchorage without any operation fuel consumption of 10 mt need to be taken into account. 5- Above tank preparation is only for loading “1 million bbls of condensate with different spec” 6- Fuel ROB 137mt 30.06.2023/1200lt . Considering a/m explanation and with due regard to PR-14-BUNKERING 6.5.1 and PR-32-PO 03.11 kindly advise. (spec. has not be submitted by NIOC), therefore the new cargo shall not be comingled with on board quantity. Considering above please advise, if the vessel will be able to load from SPM with existing fuel onboard. 2) If possible to load the condensate as explained above, please let us know the estimated quantity of fuel which will remain after completion of loading. 3) The rest of plan will be advised after getting your advise on above. As reflected earlier in attached correspondence please be informed considering 90% capacity of bunker tanks , capacity of 4,800 MT is available to receive HFO 380. ( high sulfur). NOTE: currently we have only LSFO on board, so we can’t receive LSFO until consuming/transferring reported ROB, because just ONE LSFO tank is available and mixing of NEW LSFO is not recommended/advised .
