Offered DV for sts with dune as per her given q88 in terms of certificates is suitable.

But pls bear in mind sts operation shall be done after bunkering .

Dune has sent a bunker msg  to you which states her concern on rob of bunker as she can  hold out only for few days.

Pls supply her bunker soonest.
