2.STS Contingency plan
3.Ckecklist 1
4.Mooring arrangment plan 
5.G A plan
6.Can vessel dead slow ahead speed  maintain a constant speed 4.5 to 5 kts ?
7.GYRO compass error?
8. DISPLACEMENT  prior to STS operation?
9.DRAFT prior to STS operation & after STS operation.
10. FREEBOARD prior to STS operation & after STS operation.?
11. cargo docs (BL, ullage report after loading, ullage report on arrival before discharging)
