Sorry Sir, it was misunderstanding of yesterday's conversation with my colleagues. When we discussed that two ships were caught at EOPL, so maybe it's safer to do sts at Lingji port. My bad, apologies.

Anyway,pls coordinate with DV and try to oroceed STS asap. Thanks a lot!

I was just informed that Dennis want to do STS at Lingji port. Pls confirm if its your final decision, we will send DV to Lingji immediately. However, the master of DV still beed docs which i requested before.
