In reply to your below email, kindly note that;
1. Considering high tide and chart datum, vessel can safely float at jetty #47 with loading quantity of 12kts, taking into account the berthing dates.
2. Vessel's maximum loading rate with 2 manifolds simultaneously would be around 1,660cbm/hr due to PV limitation.

Dear Sir,
 
Further to earlier discussion regarding vessel PETRA please note followings :
 
1) The Draft permitted in discharging port is 7.5mtr where the draft limit for mentioned vessel for 17000MT cargo is 8.97mtr, Please recheck and confirm if vessel load 12000MT, she can berth at discharging port and will not face any issue with mentioned draft limit.
 
2) Based on submitted Q88 the vessel's loading rate on one manifold is 1120cu.mtr/hour and on three manifold is stated 1660cu.mtr/hour. please clarify the correct rate on one, two and three manifolds as we will have only two manifolds avaialble from mother vessel
