Further to your below message please note followings :
 
1. accurate sts location, is it at Lingji port?
The STS location will be with same mother vessel but the position will be confirmed by our operation team/agent at the area, after granting the discharge instruction.

2.earliest date of sts. and sts provider's contact
The date of STS will be advised after granting permission for discharge and regarding STS Provider contact, I believe it shall be provided at your good end as per normal practice, if there is no any special restrictions or issues.

3.pls provide full distillation report
Please advise what is distillation report.
