Good day,

Kindly note, as per cargo surveyors statement , they have been =
instructed to take cargo samples and to issue only ullage report and =
time sheet for today's date for STS operation at EOPL and they are not =
issuing any other cargo documents.

-Also surveyors boat will come tomorrow morning 24.02.2024/0900 LT and =
they will disembark from the vessel tomorrow.

-With respect to above after disembarkation of cargo surveyors tomorrow =
morning , vessel can proceed towards "dongjiakou" or shall wait to =
receive cargo documents?
