Ref subject fixture, As per charters authority we had informed owners =
that charters could not secure the cargo hence they were released and =
owners came back with claim of $2.00 Million as compensation of =
canceling Cp they are counting time from sailing from last discharge =
port till we canceled the charter party they are claiming for loss of =
business opportunities.

We request your guidance on above situations. Kindly advise if we have =
any next opportunity to give employment of this vessel before go for =
settlement.
