Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to our discussions and negotiations regarding Contract 
No. PMO-ICT/6845/G/2024 for Gasoil Max 50PPM Cargo, we hereby agree to  
a final price of USD 11.25 (Eleven Point Two Five US Dollars) per barrel 
above the agreed benchmark.

In view of the above, please extend the delivery period until the end of 
January 2025 and provide us with the amendment to the aforementioned 
contract for signature.
