Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to our discussions and negotiations regarding Contract 
No. PMO-ICT/6846/R/2024 for Gasoline Cargo, we hereby agree to  a final 
price of USD 9.95 (Nine Point Nine Five US Dollars) per barrel above the 
agreed benchmark.

In view of the above, please extend the delivery period until the end of 
January 2025 and provide us with the amendment to the aforementioned 
contract for signature.
