For your first offer, it's acceptable by the end user and I only need a con=
firmation on the availability of the light and surveyor report on the spec =

Our second buyer we have the confirmation of their vessel and their financi=
al capability and they want the heavy on fob/sts basis
We also have a third buyer also for heavy same conditions as number two
As we didn't have any response we even made them to make comments on the co=
