Option 1:
- After discharge of around 27000CU.M, then stop discharge for around 18~20=

- If reduced rate of discharge up to 25% below agreed discharge rate is in =

- Then MV will be able to start mixing concurrently, after de-bottoming of =
all tanks up to 5 Mtrs Ullage till completion of discharge, if weather cond=
ition permits.

Good morning,
As per discussion please provide draft of LOI, we are intended to discharge=
the whole cargo into the nominated vessel which is MT. Spur and currently =
it is in available in Singapore.
Due to the cargo grade, heavy grade, sediment and water may be segregated a=
nd to the bottom discharge we suggest to circulate after discharging some c=
argoes into the daughters vessel and having some space for circulation.=20
Attached please find JPO and Q88 of the daughters vessel.
